Ashley's Week 1 Report

This Week:  I met with my group to discuss our plans as to what we wanted to be able to accomplish along the way to our finished project.  We discussed some potential tests we can use to see if communication is working between the micro and the power chip as well as between the micro and the computer via ethernet.  As far as work that I've completed on my own, I put together the groups web page so that we can present our project details.  I also linked our webpage to a blog that I started where we can keep track of our progress along the way.

Next Week:  My goal for this next week is to start researching the SPI communication for the ADE7763 chip.  I hope to find a library or some examples to help me formulate a subroutine that would allow reading of data from the chip when we get to the point of testing it with Andrews circuit.
